These are the questions we are often asked:


When will I receive my order?

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 3 working days.

After that, it takes between 10 and 22 working days to receive the item.

During busy periods, shipping can take up to 6 days. Our packages are sent by La Poste, we do not work with sorting points.

My order has not been completed

As we have different warehouses and work with different manufacturers, you may receive products in different packages. Therefore, do not worry if you do not receive everything at the same time.

Our average delivery time is 10-22 working days. Some packages may take a little longer.

But if you have not received your package within 35 working days of ordering, we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.

Therefore, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or change by email to cohomfy@gmail.com.

After this time, the goods have already been shipped, so we cannot change the order.

Is the item I received defective/broken?

Despite our careful selection of reliable carriers, it is possible that the package arrives damaged.

In this case, or in case of a design defect, please contact us at cohomfy@gmail.com with the following information

Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, ...)
A photo or video
You do not need to return the product and we will directly reimburse you the amount of your order in the form of a gift card (if you wish another form of reimbursement, please specify).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, debit card, PayPal and credit card.

How secure is my information?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and stored using AES-256 encryption.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and apply other generally accepted industry standards.
